Board and Committee Meetings

Board of Trustees meetings are currently held in-person and online via Teams. If you wish to join the public portion of the Board of Trustees Meeting or any Board Committee meeting, please contact: Lucy da Costa at 519-663-2088 x40003 or [email protected] prior to 3 pm on the date of the meeting. Login information for the Teams conference will be made available to you.

Board Meeting Schedule: Board meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7 pm. Agendas and reports are usually posted on the Friday afternoon before the meeting.

Committee Meeting Schedules: Committee meeting dates are posted within the respective committee section. Agendas and reports are usually posted a week before the meeting.

Location: all meetings are held at the at the Catholic Education Centre, 5200 Wellington Road South, London.
