Board Meetings

If you wish to join the public portion of the Board of Trustees Meeting or any Board Committee meeting remotely via Microsoft Teams, please contact: Shari Bastiaansen at 519-663-2088 x 42221 or [email protected] prior to 3:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Login information for the Teams conference will be made available to you.

Board Meeting Schedule: Board meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 7 pm. Agendas and reports are usually posted on the Friday afternoon before the meeting. Please note: the "year" for Board Meetings begins each December.

Committee Meeting Schedules: Committee meeting dates are posted within the respective committee section. Agendas and reports are usually posted a week before the meeting.

Location: unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held in person at the at the Catholic Education Centre, 5200 Wellington Road South, London.
