Finance and Audit Committee

Meetings are currently held in-person and online via Teams. The Finance and Audit Committee of the Board is a statutory committee required under the Education Act.  Duties of the finance and audit committee are outlined in regulation Ontario Regulation 361/10 AUDIT COMMITTEES

The finance and audit committee is required to meet a minimum of three times per year.  

Please note: the "year" for Board and Committee Meetings begins each December. All meetings are held at the at the Catholic Education Centre, 5200 Wellington Road South, London.
