The Christmas season is always a special time for everyone in the London District Catholic School Board.
Students and staff have been preparing in a multitude of ways for the birth of Jesus Christ throughout the Advent Season. As Christmas gets closer, remember that this is an opportunity to keep Christ close to our hearts as he can be our strength throughout our lives. During the upcoming Christmas break, please take some time to pause, reflect and pray about the wonderful gifts of faith, hope and love that Jesus bestowed upon the world.
Throughout the holidays, please be mindful that Christmas can be a difficult time for some. Consider reaching out to any new neighbors, those who may be struggling, or those who have been ill or recently lost a loved one. It is amazing how meaningful even a simple gesture or lending hand can be.
On behalf of all of us at the London District Catholic School Board, we wish you and your family all the peace and love of the Christmas season. We sincerely thank each and every parent, guardian, student, staff member and volunteer for your continued support and partnership in so many ways throughout the district again this school year.
May the Lord bless you, and provide you with an abundance of faith, love and hope throughout 2025.
Sincerely,
Gabe Pizzuti, Chair of the Board of Trustees
Vince Romeo, Director of Education
The most important thing that can happen to a person is to encounter Jesus: the encounter with Jesus who loves us, who has saved us, who gave his life for us. And we walk to encounter Jesus. - Pope Francis
