CUPE Bill 124

In accordance with the Memoranda of Settlement reached between CUPE and The Crown regarding Bill 124, the LDCSB will be implementing the applicable increases to the September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2022 Collective Agreement and September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2026 Collective Agreement wage grids in two stages.

Current active CUPE employees, please refer to the memo sent to your LDCSB email account on March 27, 2024.

Former eligible CUPE employees (with hours worked and earnings as of September 1, 2019) will receive retroactive payment reflecting adjustments to the September 1, 2019, to September 1, 2023, grids by May 31, 2024. Payment will be directly deposited into the bank account on file with the LDCSB. If your banking information AND/OR mailing address has changed since active employment, please use the form below to submit a request to update your information. A question will be asked via email by a member of Human Resources in response to validate LDCSB employment. Banking information sent via other means such as email will not be accepted.
