Finance and Audit Committee

The Finance and Audit Committee of the Board is a statutory committee required under the Education Act. Duties of the finance and audit committee are outlined in regulation Ontario Regulation 361/10 Audit Committees.

The finance and audit committee is required to meet a minimum of three times per year.
